Epilator Shave

i just bought a braun epilator thinking it would be wonderful to not have to shave, but it hurts like crazy!?

And i dont know if my hair isnt long enough but it doesnt get all of it in the first stroke and it hurts to do another. Am i just doing something wrong [...]
